All sales are final. Sunshine Mind and Body, Inc. does not offer refunds for services, programs, packages, subscriptions, digital products, downloadable materials, or other purchases unless otherwise required by law.

By purchasing a service or program, you understand and agree that you are making an informed decision to participate in a self-care, educational, and wellness-based offering. Because time, preparation, administrative resources, and access may be reserved or provided immediately upon purchase, no refunds will be issued for completed sessions, missed appointments, unused packages, partially used programs, expired services, activated digital access, or subscription periods already billed.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, rescheduling may be available in accordance with the applicable cancellation and scheduling policy.

Failure to attend, late cancellations, or failure to use purchased services within the stated time period does not create eligibility for a refund.
